1. The problem is yet to be over.

2. The problem is still going.

Synonyms:
1. Not out of the woods

Sample usage:
1. Though the ministers of both countries exchanged pleasantries, the dust is far from settled, when it comes to border disputes. 

2. The project is still not out of the woods, even after adding a dozen of resources.
